Where does Cute Cupid ship to?
We ship throughout Australia and international from Melbourne by Australia Post. For overseas order, please contact us for shipping charges.

 

Can I pick up my items?

Of course, you can pick up your items from Point Cook, Melbourne. However, a $10 handling fee is charged on pick up orders. For urgent pick up orders, an express postage applies. Pick up is strictly by appointment only. 

 

What happens if my parcel is damaged?

In the case of a damaged parcel, please inform the Australia Post immediately. All claims for defective or damaged items are to be filed with Cute Cupid. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with full credit on returned items that appear to be worn. Although we try to maintain high standards, many items are handcrafted, therefore slight variations may occur. Similarly, we reserve the right to change or alter the design due to availability of raw materials and production difficulties. Unfortunately, Cute Cupid are not able to guarantee the safe arrival of candles shipped during the hot summer months. 

 

What are your shipping and handling charges?

Shipping costs to anywhere in Australia are (Overseas orders will be determined upon receipt of order)

How long will my order take to arrive?
Our Shipping timeline is as follows:
Surface Mail: 5-11 business days (varies with location).

Also available: 

Express Air Shipping — 2-5 business days (varies with location).
International Air Shipping — 1-3 weeks (varies with location).

Please select Payment on Order Confirmation for Express mail or International mail. I will contact you to confirm the shipping fee and to make sure you can get your items in time. You will receive a new invoice with the correct amount to pay including postage. I will only proceed with your order once payment is received. 

Personalization will delay delivery of your order by three to four weeks. We will notify you of the expected delivery date once your order is confirmed. 

   

What happens if items are temporarily out of stock?
If you items are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you as soon as we confirm your order. We will always try to get your ordered items to you as quickly as possible. However, in the case that we have to source the product/s from overseas there may be a delay in delivering your order by up to two weeks. We will immediately contact you to confirm the revised delivery date
 

 

What is Cute Cupid’s return policy?

Please contact us before returning merchandise for any reason. Orders returned or refused without prior authorization will be subject to all freight charges incurred in the shipping and back shipping of merchandise. All returned goods will be accessed a 15% restocking fee. A returned shipment must include a "Return Authorization Number" or it will be refused by Cute Cupid. Items correctly personalised cannot be returned. Information will be applied to the product in the same order and exactly as submitted.

 

How do I pay for my order?

To ensure that our pricing is competitive, we only accept payment using Paypal or Bank Cheque. You will be able to make payment by credit card, debit card, or direct transfer through Paypal. Orders paid by Cheque will not be shipped until the cheque is cleared.

 

 

What do I do to get my item personalised?

There are different personalisation options available depending on the item you are buying. Please read the item's description and provide us with all of the information needed at the check out. Then, select Pay on Order Confirmation option. I will confirm your order through email to ensure that we have the correct spelling and dates, etc. You will receive a new invoice with the total cost of your order including the personalisation fee. I will only proceed with your order when I receive your payment. Unfortunately items correctly personalised cannot be returned.
